We are a group of Nanyang Polytechnic students currently doing a project to raise awareness of Diabetes and how the percentage of people affected are rising. The reason for creating this website is to raise awareness of Diabetes. This website will also contain information on what Diabetes is, prevention of type 2 Diabetes and how to manage type 2 diabetes if you are already diagnosed.
